Pain in the shoulder following acute incident with pain being felt for <3 months. Decreased ROM w/pain but w/o pain there are radiating symptoms.

Rotator cuff-related shoulder pain
Patients with this condition typically complain of shoulder instability and pain, especially in the provocative position of humeral abduction and external rotation.

Shoulder Labral Tear
Patients often report painful “clicking” or audible “popping” noted with shoulder abduction, extension, and rotational movement of the shoulder. The patient can often reproduce this during the actual office visit. Can present w or w/o radiating pain, and is oftentimes accompanied with pain at night and pain with rest.

Pain at the “tip” of the shoulder following an acute incident of force being applied to the AC joint in an S-I fashion.
What condition is this?
Acromioclavicular separation
Instability and pain at GH joint following an acute sudden movement involving an outstretched arm, commonly. Can have radiculopathy or neck pain associated with it.
What condition is this?
Anterior inferior GH dislocation/instability
