What is the name of cancer that may cause referred pain during palpating the clavicle.
Pancoast tumour
Observation of a shoulder
Redness, scaring Bruises, bumps-previous fracture., rash, alignment, inflammation, wasting, any pervoius injuries.
Scaring previous Truman or surgery. Redness=Inflammation .
AC joints winging.
List the landmarks for a shoulder palpation
Surface temp, Add talk though, include muscles.
Wing, for Medial border.
Red flag, tapping- indication for bone cancer.
Drop in acromion may mean a previous ac injury
Dislocation.
List the ROM you would preform on the shoulder.
Add talk through.

Abduction
Horizontal adduction
Clunky or roughness
What do you need Joint Play
Rough- osteoarthritis
Support axcillia
Long axis distraction arm 45’
Sternocavicular joint. Apply medial to lateral
What could a drop in the acroimian indicate?
A previous injury.
Special test
Hawkins Kennedy - shoulder nerve impingement 180’ shoulders. Elbow level with shoulder
The painful arc test.
Abduction. Pain60 -120= nerve impingement subacrominal
170-180- ac joint problems.
