Q

Explain how you would assess PROM internal/external rotation of the knee.

A
  1. Flex pt knee to 90’
2.fix hand above knee in this position
3.Hold the foot in plantar and bring the talorcrulal joint into maximum dorsiflexion.

Q

Explain the steps for anterior drawer test

A
  1. Bring pts knee to 90’ Flexion
(You can fixate position by sitting on the pts foot)
2.palpate the joint line of the patella
  2. Move tibia anteriorly in an explosive movement (move posteriorly for posterior drawer test)
