Probably not, most chest exercises overload the anterior and middle deltoid, and back exercises overload the posterior deltoid

A
wide grip involves traps more and decreases shoulder impingement risks

A
- limited range of motion (not lowering bar enough)

- excessive weight lifted with extremely flexed elbows to gain momentum and throw weights up
- excessive ROM (>90 degrees, increases impingement risk)
