What is the origin of the deltoid?
lateral 1/3 of clavicle, acromion and spinous scapula (same as insertion of trapezius)
What is the insertion of the deltoid?
deltoid tuberosity
What is the origin of the Trapezius?
External occipital protuberance [EOP], medial portion of superior nuchal line of the occiput, ligamentum nuchae, and spinous porcesses of C7-T12
What is the insertion of the Trapezius?
Lateral 1/3 of clavicle, acromion, and spine of the scapula (same as origin of Deltoid)
What is the origin of the Latissimus Dorsi?
Inferior angle of scapula, spinous processes of last 6 thoracic vertebrae, last 3 or 4 ribs, thoracolumbar aponeurosis, and posterior iliac crest
What is the insertion of the Latissimus Dorsi?
Intertubercular groove of humerus
What is the origin of Teres Major?
Inferior angle and lower 1/3 of lateral border of scapula
What is the Insertion of Teres Major?
Crest of lesser tubercle of humerus
What is the origin of Supraspinatus?
Supraspinous fossa of the scapula
What is the insertion of the Supraspinatus?
Greater tubercle of the humerus
What is the origin of Infraspinatus?
Infraspinous fossa of scapula

Greater tubercle of humerus
