Origin: Inferior angle of scapula, spinous processes of last 6 thoracic vertebrae, last 3 or 4 ribs, thoracolumbar aponeurosis and posterior iliac crest

Insertion: Intertubercular groove of the humerus

  • Shoulder medial rotation
