what’s a bankart injury
Damage to the anterior and inferior part of the glenoid labrum.
whats a hill sachs lesion?
Associated with anterior dislocations. the force of the impact can lead to fracture on the posterior lateral aspect of the humeral head.
dislocation treatment: conservative v surgical stabilization
extent of trauma, previous Hx, level of participation and dedication to rehab.
post dislocation rehab: how long can it tale to gain full strength and RTP?
3-6 months
