What is Hired In Equipment insurance? Who requires the cover, what is it based off?
Covers ADF&T of the hired in equipment, including theft from unattended vehicles, provided all the equipment is concealed and security devices in operation
What 3 main losses are covered in the PL?
- Accidental TP Injury
- Accidental damage to TP property
- Accidental obstruction, trespass, nuisance or interference with any right of way, air, light or water out of connection with the business
= Variable indemnity limit
Give a brief summary of EL relating to short-term insurance?
Anything from full-time employee to freelancer & volunteer - anyone who is responsible for the health & safety of employees. Claims resulting from if they believe you are responsible for the injury or illness suffered. Indemnity limit = £10m
What is short-term producers indemnity insurance?
Also called production cover - protect production budget from losses due to injury, illness or death of cast members, delay or abandonment of a shoot due to circumstances beyond your control
