Why is a “Preliminary Bibliography an important step in the speech preparation process?
The list will probably have 15 or 20 sources you haven’t yet read, once you read them you can narrow it down to the 7 or 8 most useful. Those will be the final sources in your bibliography.
What is a “Preliminary Bibliography?”
A list made early in the research process of works that look as if they might contain helpful information about your speech topic.

The body. Because after you have determined your main points, it will be much easier to make final decisions about how to begin the speech.

The pattern of sound in a speech created by the choice and arrangement of words.
