  • piperacillin, 4th gen cephs & carbapenems all treat pseudomonas, enterobacter & proteus - “PEP”
  • consider carbapenems if you have gram - multi drug resistant bacteria

  • random memory but i know you’re not supposed to use it to treat pneumonia cuz its inactivated by surfactant
