Technical Discovery
Direct to technical onboarding package (How to guides, deeper dive on Commercial Apps enabling program, SE, process..), WIPRO PAE assigned, Technical deep dive sessions/s, identify/disposition technical show-stoppers, Align on opportunities opportunities, get SE license signed, Check if they have HW - if not, get them into the testbed, start microsite planning, track KPIs & manage prioritization per criterion.
Technical Enablement
Support with detailed technical enabling docs, Install SE(in lab), Onboard the ISV app, Test app, support on demand, ISV proves app/opptimization working (check against established acceptance criterion & KPIs), Help ISV package app in Helm charge for Github, complete microsite, acheive kpartner approval of T & C, Establish GTM plan, Align with SSA program as applicable (for MRS creation)
App Upload/Enabling
Upload App info to Github, review App, if Approved, github team, if not, work with ISV to resolve the comments, review microsite content, drive microsite to go live, execute to gtm & mrs enabling work.
