What is sexual harassment?
Unwelcome sexual advances, requests for sexual favors, or any other verbal, nonverbal, or physical actions that are nonviolent

What are the two types of reporting?
Restricted

What is a restricted report?
Allows the victim on a confidential basis to disclose the details of the assault to specifically identified individuals and receive medical treatment and counseling without opening an official investigation
What is an unrestricted report?
Allows victim to receive medicaltreatment and counseling and opens an official investigation. Victim has the right to request immediate unit transfer.
What are the goals of the SHARP program?
Create a climate that minimizesSHARP incidences

Establishes training and awareness programs to educate soldiers.

Advice the command of the specifics so they can take appropriate action

Recommended to initial resolve the complaint by first informing the offender that the behavior must stop
