Why is SHARP important?

A

Our professional Army does not tolerate sexual harassment or assault. It is morally wrong, goes against all army values, and negatively impacts mission readiness, teamwork, and unit morale. No one wants to go to work somewhere they don’t feel safe, we’re a family and we should support each other.
