A
Shabbat is a day of rest for Jewish people to praise God and have feasts with family.

What do you do during Shabbat?
A
You rest, read or play board games with friends or family. Some Jews go to the synagogue during shabbat.

Who lights the candle before shabbat?
A
The oldest women lights the candle in their house, it’s a tradition.

What’s the challah bread?
A
The challah bread is a three plaited bread. The bread is sometimes sweet which is normally made out of honey or maple syrup.
