The 3 stages of Syphillis

A
  • -1 Stage: Hard chancre that is singular and painless (<8wks)
  • -2 Stage: Maculopapular rash, condylomata lata (f;at wart) & alopecia (8wk-2yr)
  • -3 Stage: Tabes dorsalis, gummas, or vascular damage (aortic aneurysm or aortic valve insufficiency) no transmission during this stage (>25yr)
