impotence VS sterile
IMPOTENCE:- inability of a person to perform sexual intercourse
Sterile:- inability of male to beget children and female inability to conceive children
A person can be impotent with being sterile and sterile without being impotent and BOTH may COEXIST
Frigidity
Inability to initiate or mantain the sexual arousal pattern in the female
Premature ejaculation
Ejaculation which immediately before or immediately after penetration
Sexual dysfunction
Impairment either in the desire for sexual gratification or ability to achieve sexual gratification
Legal issues related to impotency and sterility
(A) civil :- (1) voidable marriage (2) adultery (3) disputed paternity and legitimacy (4) claims for loss of sexual function as result of assualt and accident
(B) Criminal :- (1) rape (2) unnatural offences where impotency certificate is pleaded as defence
Mc cune Albright syndrome
Sexual organs may show advance development as compared to the body as a whole
In gonadal and adrenal tumours sexual show advance development than body as whole
