A
1st line- Doxycycline
- Azithromycin (pregnancy)
2nd line agents are:
Erythromycin (safe in pregnancy)
Ofloxacin (not if pregnant)
Test of cure is recommended 3-5 weeks after treatment with 2nd line agents or in pregnant women.
