A sex offender finally classified by the board as a LEVEL 2 OR A LEVEL 3 SEX OFFENDER who is required to register WHO DOES NOT RESIDE IN THE COMMONWEALTH, but has a secondary address inthe city or town, or works or attends an institution of higher learning in the city or town, shall report in person to the city or town how often to verify that the registration data on file remains true and accurate?

A sex offender who has been determined to be a SEXUALLY VIOLENT PREDATOR shall appear in person to the police department how often to verify, under the pains and penalties of perjury, that the registration data on file remains true and accurate.
