What is S1.1 rape act? of sexual offences
A person commits an offence if
(a) he intentionally penetrates the vagina, anus, or mouth of another person with his penis,
(B) B does not consent to the penetration and
(c) A does not reasonably believe that B consents
What is s.2 assault by penetration act?
A person (A) commits an offence if:
(a) he intentionally penetrates the vagina or anus of another person
(b) (B) with a part of this body or anything else
(c) B does not consent to the penetration and
(d) A does not reasonably believe that B consents
What is s.3 sexual assault act?
A person (A) commits an offence if:
(a) He intentionally touches another person (B),
(b) The touching is sexual,
(c) B does not consent to the touching, and
(d) A does not reasonably believe that B consents
what is S.4 Causing a person to engage in sexual activity without consent act?
A person (A) commits an offence if:
(a) He intentionally cause another person (B) to engage in an activity
(b) The activity is sexual,
(c) B does not consent to engaging in the activity, and
(d) A does not reasonably believe that B consents
what is exposure?
A person commits an offence if –
(a) He intentionally exposes his genitals, and
(b) He intends that someone will see them and be caused alarm or distress
what is section 67 voyeurism?
(1) A person commits an offence if-
(a) For the purposes of obtaining sexual gratification, he observes another person doing a private act, and
(b) He knows that the other person does not consent to being observed for his sexual gratification
This includes operating or installing equipment or constructs or adapts a structure or part of structure
With the intention of enabling himself or another person to commit an offence under subsection (1)

Disclosing private sexual photographs and films with intent to cause distress
It is an offence for a person to disclose a private sexual photograph or film if the disclosure is made without that indivuals consent and with the intention of causing that indivual distress
