WASPS
Warrant of arrest/ Commitment
Arrest of indictable offences
Specified offences including: Failing to stop, unfit to drive via drink/ drugs, Fear/ provocation of violence, arrest child who is absent from local authority
Prisoner escaped or followed (immediate pursuit)
Saving life or limb or serious damage to property (don’t need to believe for this)
MUST have reasonable grounds for believing that they are on the premises

What is section 18(1)? (suspect)
After an arrest for an indicatable offence from a police station with authorisation from an inspector an officer can enter a premises owned or controlled by the arrested person looking for evidence relating to that Indictable offence or an indictable offence that is similar or connected
What is section 18(5)? (suspect)
After an arrest for an indictable offence from the place of the arrest an officer can enter a premises owned or controlled by the arrested person looking for evidence relating to that Indicatable offence or another indicatable offence that is similar or connected. Inform inspector after search.
What is a section 32 ( believe)
Following the arrest for Indictable offence the officer can enter the premises in or immediately before time of arrest to search for evidence of that indicatable offence. Following the arrest for any offence at any place accept a police station
