What is the difference between gender and sex?
Gender is what society defines “feminine” or “masculine” but sex is what your body defines as “boy” or “girl”
What are the different dimensions of sexuality?
Social dimension, physiological dimension, moral dimension and biological dimension
What is an identity crisis?
A period of time when someone is unsure about who they are because a lot of things have changed during puberty
What is a social dimension?
Learning beliefs and behaviors from the environment and society ( aka social media , school and family )
What are things that affect attitudes towards sexuality?
School , church , mass media , family , friends and community
What is a moral dimension?
Right or wrong taught to us by religion and beliefs
What is a Biological dimension?
Physiological responses and changes related to sexual stimulation, reproduction, puberty, pregnancy, and growth ( basically body response )
What is a Physiological dimension?
Attitude towards others and yourself
