bone marrow biopsy for prognosis
if no precursor cells - grave
hypoplastic is a lot better than aplastic
treatment - blood products, neupogen (increase WBCs) and epogen (increase RBCs)
remove estrogen source

Interstitial (leydig) (create testosterone) - mets and fem rare (most benign)
