What is a risk assessment
A way of investigating a situation, and trying to identify what could go wrong, how likely it is to happen, and how bad it might be if that does. After assessments you can plan how to reduce the risks and severity of it
What are 4 examples of personal risk assessment
-assessing risks that directly affect individual workers
-accessing and following policy/procedure
-correctly using PPE provided
-identifying potential risks to personal safety/ health wellbeing while performing specific tasks

-assessing risks that are within an organisation setting as a whole
