A

Cognitive dissonance is when someone says one thing but does another — like “I care about the planet” while chugging bottled water and flying every weekend. ✈️💅

That uncomfortable clash? That’s the tea. Instead of changing their behavior, they often change their beliefs to feel better — like, “Maybe it’s not that bad…”
