A

Ans: control of the registration of dogs is the responsibility of the Provincial Government.a dog maybe registered at any place appointed by the Provincial Official responsible for the registration of dogs. The dog must be registered by the owner, and the registration officer of the Province is responsible for maintaining registration records.

2. Record details of the victim and complaint.

4. Find the owner of the dog and if possible, get the victim to report the incident to the owner.
5. Obtain the name and address of the owner, and tell the owner that he or she will be reported for the offence. Note the reply. Do not arrest where necessary.
6. Obtain a statement from the victim with details of injury.
7. Submit a report so that prosecution may be started.
