Ans:

Ans:
🫴 The defendant is said to have entered the house as soon as any part of his body or any instrument he is carrying enters the building. ( Section 394 CCA)
Explain the term dwelling house of another.
Ans:
🫴 Is a house or building where a person normally lives and sleeps.
🫴 The house must belong to another person. A person cannot break into his own home.

Ans: the defendant’s intention must be proved. His intention is directly proved if he committed a crime in the house.
