Really high pressure, over-achieving and overworking type of person or atmosphere. A try-hard.

Lying flat (tangping movement). Quiet quitting is the closest way to describe it. A cultural phenomenon among Chinese youth, where they feel hopeless in a very 卷 society and give up on trying.
