Example: Customers can test out the new features in the Public Preview, but they should be aware that SLA is not guaranteed.

General Availability is the release of service to the general public and is fully supported by SLAs.

Example: Once the service reaches General Availability, all customers can use it with full SLA support.

Example: Customers can stay informed about new Azure features through regular updates.
