Presentation/
A
HEadahe, anxiety, sweating, hallucinations, confusion.
Shivering,sweating, increased temp, tachycardai.

Diagnosis and investigation?
A
Diagnosis may be clinical./
Tox screen.

Treatment?
A
Stop causative drugs.
Supportive.
Cool the patient (fans and paracetamol)
BDZs to relieve anxiety.

Consequence of using SSRI in 3rd trimester?
A
Persistent pulmonary hypertension.

Symptoms of BDZ withdrawal?
A
Insomnia Irritable Anxiety Tremor Tinnitus Seizure Perceptual disturbance.
