A

Céphalée violente en casque, + photo/phonophobie et augmenté par mouvements tête.
Signes de Kernig et Signe de Brudzinski.
Accompagné de nausées + vomissements en jet si HTIC.

aggravatio par valsalva (htic!!)
apparition post 55a

Nystagmus?

A

Petite saccade des yeux que l’on remarque quand on teste mouvements occulaires. Il est défini par sens du mouvement rapide.

A

Lésion du système vestibulaire: nystagmus localisé

Lésion du cervelet: nystagmus diffus.
