Q

What is my recommendation?

A

I would recommend statin therapy for women who have just had a stroke

I would use dipyridamole instead of clopidogrel due to limited research support.

I would recommend avoiding Altepase in early haemorrhage due to placental abrupt Jon risk before 19w.

I would primarily use aspirin as it is already used in low dose in pregnancy by my trust but is also cheap and effective. Warfarin has not been seen to be more effective.

If using Aspirin I would monitor fit IUGR and risk of haemorrhage.
