What happens if you ask HO if they are selling the home and they get mad? “Idk dude that’s a weird question why are you here asking me if I’m selling my home?”

Oh..yea. The reason I ask if you’re selling you’re home is because lets pretend for a second… that you’re moving within the NEXT 30 DAYS and you’re getting ready to place a for sale sign in the front yard (point to their lawn)

Well,,, I don’t want to waste your time…I’ll just catch the NEW homeowners up to speed when they get here but;

I’m supposed to be here to update you on the changes in electricity this week. A lot of your neighbors upset…rate increases -> funnel into 1st sentence of the pitch.
