What is self-leadership
- The capacity to identify and apply one’s signature strengths to initiate, maintain or sustain self-influencing behaviours
- What, why and how we intentionally guide ourselves to desired experiences
Both naturally motivating tasks and tasks that must be done that are not naturally self-motivating - More autonomous workers → increased productivity
