1) Step L forward and L hand chop to bicep, R hand guarding
2) R punch, soft bow
3) R front kick, plant forward

2) Pull down on forearm
3) Step forward
4) Hammer fist 2X to groin
5) Hook wrist
6) Straighten and look up and step back
7) Dip under arm
8) Push from the rear
