Front Choke
Grab hands/wrists, kick & pull down
Side choke
Pull hand away from throat, release arm to punch groin and elbow face
Double shoulder grab from behind
Lift arm up, turn to grab & hold arms, palm heel to face
Single Shoulder Grab #1
Hi nice to meet you

Back slap arm, palm heel to face, other arm elbow, grab shoulder w/ knee in gut/groin
Single shoulder grab #2
Grab wrist, hammer fist bicep, elbow face, grab shoulder & knee stomach/groin.
Headlock w/ punches to face
Hold out hand to protect face, grab & secure punching arm, stand up & strike groin/carotid artery, move behind pulling arm to back & knee tailbone.
Guillotine
Punch groin, elbow face several times, pull arm away from throat turning to bring arm behind the back & knee tailbone
Double Lapel grab #1
Snake threw, prayer hands and turn at the waist quickly.
Double lapel grab #2
Bring arm across and quickly pull down,
Version 1: use same side elbow to strike
Version 2: turn using opposite elbow to strike face
Bear Hug 6 strikes
- Stomp foot
- Grab groin/femoral artery inner thigh turn & elbow aka “walk the dog”
- Elbow ribs
- Head butt
- Reach & scratch eyes/face
- Grab foot & pull forward btwn legs
Hair grab from front
Clasp hands around attacker hand holding tight against head, bend down pulling chin to chest and walking backwards to lock out wrist
Someone shoved you first then proceeds to punch you.
Stop I don’t want to fight, block punch, grab arm/shoulder knee to gut
