what are the toilet secure checks? (4)
1: toilets are clear of passengers.
2: passenger bags must not be placed in the toilets.
3: only fire proof gash bags are permitted in the floor of the toilets.
4: close toilet doors.
what are the cabin secure checks? (12)
1: all passengers are seated.
2:seatbelts are fastened tightly around the hips and infants are secured in the infant seat belts seated on the adults lap.
3: IFD’S are distributed and parent or guardian has received a safety demonstration using the pictorial steps on the safety card.
4: tables are stowed.
5:armrests are down.
6:window blinds are open.
7:hatbins and overhead lockers are securely closed with no bottles or heavy and hard items.
8: free from all bags and jackets and loose items at emergency exit rows and aisle and bulkheads.
9:bagage may only be stowed in approved stowages ensuring the labelled weight limit is not exceeded.
10: laptops and other PED’S are switched off and stowed in baggage either under the seat or in the overhead locker.
11: all items of cabin baggage must be returned to approved stowage.
