What is a magenta line that is solid on one side and shaded on the other?
Class E airspace above 700’ agl.
There are two numbers beside an obstruction. What does the top one mean?

Other than hard surface runway.
How is Class D airspace represented?

It is the ceiling (or floor and ceiling) of an airspace.
What is the difference between large and small obstruction symbols (regardless if they’re grouped or have lights)?
Large are taller than 1,000’ agl. Small are shorter than 1,000’ agl.
How is Class C airspace represented?
Solid magenta line.
