Hard to repair and maintain
The initial start up cost is very expensive need to be able to pay it back over time
What are the positive impacts off ICT systems on employees
No longer meet to work set hours
Can work on the move with electronic devices such as laptops
Retraining jobs disappear but new jobs are developed
Increased social time for employees
What are the negative impacts on employees using an ICT system
