Describe the transition from PIB into RT.
Male PIB soloist gets up from the floor, adjusts his tie, smooths back his hair. He’s about to head further onto the stage but see’s Ruby Tuesday walking on, and turns around in a rush to get off stage.
How many dancers feature in RT?
5 Dancers | 4 Males and 1 Female.
Initially a female solo, later joined by the four men.
List the Key Motif’s in RT.
Hugging herself.
Fiddling with her hair.
Soloist throws herself into the men’s arms and they manipulate her in twists and turns.

Describe the change of Costume in RT.
Female soloist wears a long, full-skirted red dress with long sleeves and is barefoot.
Males wear matching black jackets instead of the colourful ones.
Describe the ending of RT.
The 3 makes leave the stage. The female soloist is left spinning with her arms out, until she reached centre stage. Her hands come up, mirroring the imagery of a tree growing, before she hunches over. The end.
Explain the use of musicality in relation to RT.
“Goodbye Ruby Tuesday” suggests saying goodbye to her old self and finding her new self - rise of feminism.
