DBT team agreements
dialectical agreement - agree a dialectical philosophy: there isn’t an absolute truth, or is truth all relative. When caught between two conflicting opinions, we agree to look for the truth in both positions
phenomenological empathy agreement: all thing being equal, agree to search for non judgemental interpretations of our patients, our own, and other members’ behavior, this will be a validating environment
