Settings > Device Management > Inventory Display within Jamf Pro. These configurations are set on a per-user basis.

At the top of the page, click the account settings icon and then click Account Preferences.
How can the attribute fields of the search results be modified?
Attribute fields included in the search results can be modified using the Display tab.
How can an advanced search be saved and rerun later?
Select Save this search on the Search tab, then provide a unique name for the advanced search.
Which intervals are available for email reporting?
Email reports can be scheduled for delivery daily, on certain days of the week, on a certain date of every month, or on a specific weekday of every month. An SMTP server must be integrated with your Jamf Pro server for this functionality to be available.
Where is the operating system version located in a device’s inventory record?
Operating system version can be located in the General category of an inventory record.
How can a mobile device name be changed through an inventory record?
Mobile device names can be changed on supervised devices by selecting Edit in the General category of the inventory record, selecting Enforce Mobile Device Names, and entering a name to enforce. Then click Save.
Besides Jamf Pro, which additional service is required to issue remote commands?
Apple Push Notification service (APNs)
How are static device groups different from smart device groups?
Static device groups are manually populated and smart device groups are populated automatically based on a set of criteria.
When would a smart device group be used instead of a static device group?
Smart device groups would be used when grouping devices based on criteria that may change over time
How are parentheses used when adding multiple criteria to a smart device group?
Parentheses are used to contain an OR argument when other arguments are present in the criteria list.
What is the purpose of scope within Jamf Pro?
To define which devices should or should not receive management tasks.
What is a target?
A target is the specified device or group of devices that should receive the management tasks.
What is an exclusion?
An exclusion is the specified group of devices that should be omitted from the target.
Which Apple service is used to deploy configuration profiles?

What are a few common configuration profile payloads?

Why should configuration profiles be separated based on functionality?

What is the difference between Make available in Self Service and Install automatically/prompt users to install?
If an app is made available in Self Service, it will only show up within the Jamf Self Service app for users to download. If Install automatically/prompt users to install is selected, the app will either be installed automatically in the background if using managed distribution, or the user will be prompted to install it with their own Apple ID.
Which requirements must be met to install an app automatically, without prompting the user?
The device must be supervised and have licenses purchased for managed distribution.
What is a managed app?
A managed app is an app that Jamf Pro has more control of in order to take extra actions such as preventing the backup of app data.
