Phillip 2

A

Became king of Macedonia. Though only 23 years old, he quickly proved to be a brilliant general and ruthless politician. He transformed the peasants in a well trained army. He was preparing to invade Greece. And was also trying to invade Persia, but never got the chance since he was stabbed to death by a guardsman at his daughter’s wedding. After his death his son, Alexander, took his rank as the king of Macedonia.

Alexander the Great

A

He was known in history for his accomplishments over the next 13 years. When Thebes, began to rebel Alexander destroyed the city. The survivors were sold into slavery. Alexander caught a fever and died at the age 32.
