Avon Radar shall be informed and advised when the flight is airborne. The aircraft shall be cleared not above 2000ft and passed appropriate joining instructions.
Should VFR traffic between Avon and Hygrade Meat Factory be co-ordinated?
Yes. Must be co-ordinated and approved by Radar
How should VFR traffic between Draycot Farm and Avon be co-ordinated?
Traffic between Avon and Draycot Farm is approved not above altitude 2000ft but Avon Radar must be notified.

Yes. Transit traffic to/from all 3 sites must be co-ordinated and approved by Avon Radar.
When must Avon Radar be informed that the ‘fixed-wing/helicopter circuit is active’?
Prior to, or immediately after the aircraft departure.

No, but Avon Radar must be informed that the circuit is active prior to, or immediately after the aircraft departure.
