Not in contract: areas or items that are outside the project scope or site, and for which the design team is not responsible.
Deliverables
Any work product delivered to or in service of a client’s goals or project. This can include standard construction documentation such as drawings and specifications, but also things such as models, reports, etc.
Scope Creep
Scope creep occurs when the project scope unintentionally increases due to changes made to materials, quality, extent of work, etc. This can be due to a variety of factors such as owner request, the architect wanting to please their clients, etc. Though scope creep can occur at any point, during construction the architect must be aware of any scope creep in an effort to keep the project on time and on budget.

A chart delineating each aspect of the project and which person or team will accomplish each goal. This chart should be prepared early in the design process so that all parties are familiar with the responsibilities described, and so that any gaps can be addressed.

Any system or framework that tracks and delegates tasks, staffing, and project milestones for a design project.

A chart indicating all staff and their assignments on a project.
Redlines
Drawings that have been reviewed and marked up with changes and revisions. Named after the red pen that is often used in marking the drawings.

Any factor used to adjust cost estimates for a project, such as a location factor.

As a matter of accounting, any resource that has some economic value to a person or business. Examples include vehicles, property, furniture, equipment, etc.

The comprehensive measures taken by a business to build the presumption of profit into their operations; this affects staffing, project schedules, fees, etc.
