A solution of nutrients required for cell growth

A pressure cooker pretty much
What is filtration?
A barrier in which the microorganism don’t pass, while the liquid does
What is a nutrient broth ?
Supports the growth of large number of different microorganisms

Tryptic souly broth and tryptic soy agar
