AWS Amplify

AWS AppSync
- fully managed service that makes it easy to develop GraphQL API’s
- application can securely access, manipulate and receive real-time updates from multiple data sources such as databases or API’s
- automatically scales GraphQL API engine up and down to meet API requirements
- supports Lambda, DynamoDB and ElasticSearch
Amazon Rekognition
Amazon Rekognition makes it easy to add image and video analysis to your applications. You just have to provide an image or video to the Amazon Rekognition API, and the service can:
- Identify labels (objects, concepts, people, scenes, and activities) and text
- Detect inappropriate content
- Provide highly accurate facial analysis, face comparison, and face search capabilities
With Amazon Rekognition’s face recognition APIs, you can detect, analyze, and compare faces for a wide variety of use cases, including user verification, cataloging, people counting, and public safety.
Amazon Transcribe
Add speech to text capabilities to applications
Amazon Translate
- Uses Machine Learning for language translations
- Localize content such as websites and applications for your users.
Amazon Textract
Automatically extracts printed text, handwriting and data from any document
Amazon SageMaker
Helps data scirents and developers to prepare, build, train and deploy high-quality machine learning (ML) models
Amazon Lex
- Conversational AI for Chatbots
- build conversational interfaces into any application using voice and test
- build bots to increase contact center productivity, automate simple tasks.
Amazon DevOps Guru
Cloud operations service for improving application operational performance and availability. This is done using Machine Learning to detect abnormal operating patterns.
AWS License Manager
AWS License Manager is a service that makes it easier for you to manage your software licenses from software vendors (for example, Microsoft, SAP, Oracle, and IBM) centrally across AWS and your on-premises environments
AWS Compute Optimizer
AWS Compute Optimizer is a service that analyzes the configuration and utilization metrics of your AWS resources. It reports whether your resources are optimal, and generates optimization recommendations to reduce the cost and improve the performance of your workloads
AWS Budgets
You can use AWS Budgets to enable simple-to-complex cost and usage tracking. Some examples include: Setting a monthly cost budget with a fixed target amount to track all costs associated with your account. You can choose to be alerted for both actual (after accruing) and forecasted (before accruing) spends.
AWS Cost Explorer
Cost Explorer allows customers to monitor their AWS cost and usage at a resource level to identify cost drivers.
