What does the acronym “CS”Stand for?

The control station is an interface used by the remote pilot to control the flight path of the small unmanned aircraft

Define: Pilot In Command
The remote pilot in command holds a remote pilot certificate with a sUAS rating and has the final authority and the responsibility for the operation and safety of the small unmmaned aircraft system operations under part 107
What responsibility does the person manipulating the controls have?
The person manipulating the controls is a person controlling the flight of a sUAS Under the supervision of the remote pilot in command operation
What does the acronym “VO” stand for?
Visual observer
Define visual observer:
The visual observer is a person designated by the remote pilot in command to assist them and the person manipulating the flight controls of the small unmanned aircraft system to see and avoid other air traffic or objects aloft or on the ground.
What are the weight limits required to register the sUAS?
Greater than .55 pounds
What is required to be placed on the sUAS?
Registration markings are required to be displayed on the aircraft prior to flight, and must be a unique identifier number, legible and durable, and visible or accessible.
How old do you have to be to register your sUAS?
You must be at least 13 years old, if not, you must have a person at least 13 years old register it for you.
When must the “PIC” be designated?
Before or during the flight of the sUAS
