A
Order to pay compensation
When court orders fine it may order the whole or part of it to defray expenses of:
Expenses of prosecution
For loss of injury to the affected
Persons entitled to recover damages
Compensate bonafide purchaser
If case is subject to appeal then hold on till it’s over
If fine doesn’t form part of the sentence the court may order compensation
Can be made by HC, Sessions when into revision
In any subsequent civil suit the sum paid will be taken into consideration
This section recognises separate suit for damages by dependents of the deceased
