A
Judgement
In every criminal trial judgment shall be pronounced on open court
By presiding officer
Immediately after termination of proceedings
By delivering whole of judgement
Reading out judgement
Reading operative part of the judgement
Presiding officer shall cause it to be taken in short hand, sign it, every page date of delivery
For perusal of the parties or pleaders free of cost
In custody bring him
Not in custody require him to attend for judgement
But absence of parties will not make it invalid
