Sec. 12-111(2) Discrimination in Real Estate Transactions
Refuse to negotiate or engage in a real estate transaction with a person because of race, color, religion, sex, familial status or national origin of a person or associates of that person.
Sec. 12-111(1) Discrimination in Real Estate Transactions
Refuse to sell or rent or receive or fail to transmit a bona fide offer to engage in a real estate transaction because of race, color, religion, sex, familial status or national origin of a person or associates of that person.
Sec. 12-111(3) Discrimination in Real Estate Transactions
Otherwise make unavailable or deny a dwelling based on discrimination because of the race, color, religion, sex, familial status of a person or associates of that person.
Sec. 12-111(4) Discrimination in Real Estate Transactions
Discriminate against a person in the terms, conditions or privilege’s or a real estate transaction or in the provision of services or facilities in connection because of race, color, religion, national origin, sex or familial status, of a person or associates of that person.
Sec. 12-111(5) Discrimination in Real Estate Transactions
Represent to any person that real property is not available for inspection, sale, rental or lease when, in fact, it is available or fail to bring a property listing to someone’s attentions or refuse a person to inspect real property because of race, color, religion, national origin, sec or familial status.
Sec. 12-111(6) Discrimination in Real Estate Transactions
make, print, circulate, post, mail, published statement, advertisement or sign or use a form of application for a real estate transaction or make a record or inquiry which indicates directly or indirectly an intent to make a limitation, preference or discrimination based on race, color, religion, national origin, sex, handicap or familial status, of a person or associates of that person.
Sec. 12-111(7) Discrimination in Real Estate Transactions
Offer, solicit, accept, use or retain a listing of real property with understanding that person may be discriminated against in a real estate transaction or in the provision of facilities or services in connection therewith because of race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status or national origin, of a person or associates.
